| We’re Now Taking Reservations For: Christmas At “Miss Mary Bobo’s Boarding House” With Unique Christmas Shopping At Quaint Bell Buckle, TN Monday – December 14, 2009 Join Us In Kicking Off The Christmas Season As We Travel To Lynchburg, TN For Lunch At Miss Mary Bobo’s Boarding House. This is always one of our most popular day trips each year and one that we really look forward to ourselves. Trouble is, it takes months to get a reservation for a large tour group like ours especially during the Christmas season. We went to work on this month’s ago and it’s now time for us to start taking your reservations. We’ll leave Camden at 7:00 a.m. from our departure location at the Wal Mart parking lot on Highway 641 in Camden and travel on our deluxe, luxury motor coach with reclining seats, large picture windows and an on-board rest room for your comfort. We will be making “pick-up” stops along Interstate 40 in Waverly, Dickson, Nashville and also in Murfreesboro. We’ll arrive in Lynchburg and enjoy a delicious Christmas lunch at Miss Mary Bobo’s Boarding House. This really is just about the best place to eat in the South and still serving good food at the same location since 1867. The atmosphere and entertainment from the staff keep bringing, not only the local folks in, but tour operators from all over the United States and as far away as Japan making this a “must do” when they come to our area. Before lunch we’ll visit and shop the tiny little village of Lynchburg (Pop. 361) with its interesting antique and craft stores around its historic Court Square. Be sure to visit the little store called “Off The Beaten Path” and the old fashioned ice cream parlor. Then it’s “lunch time”. After lunch we’ll stop in the quaint little village of Bell Buckle, TN where the little shops will be all dressed out for Christmas. Just look at all of the crafts, antiques and quilts! Just getting to and from Lynchburg from the Interstate is a treat in itself as we travel thru Walking Horse Country and see those beautiful walking horse farms with their million dollar stables and barns.
