| Cancellation/Refund Agreement: Cancellation/Refund Agreement: Should it become necessary for you, the customer, to cancel, and you have enrolled in the travel cancellation insurance plan we offer, then recovery will be between you, the customer, and the insurance company. If you cancel and you are NOT participating in the Travel Guard insurance program, our cancellation policy is: If cancellation is received in writing 60 days before departure, all payments will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to the initial deposits. If we are able to resell your seats, we will refund your money, less the cancellation fees to help cover the cost of trying to resell your space. Refund will be made within 15 days of the tour’s completion. You are urged to purchase this protection. You may include that amount with your initial deposit to be assured of coverage for pre-existing conditions. Information on how to enroll will be sent to all who reserve space on this trip. Read your policy carefully. Exclusions & limitations apply. Coffee Break Tours acts solely as your agent arranging accommodations for your trip. No liability is assumed in connection with any transportation, restaurants, attractions, or lodging used for the duration of this tour nor for any illnesses, accidents or personal injuries or any delays or cancellations, etc, for any reasons including war, acts of war, terrorism or for any Acts of God. We reserve the right to make alterations to our itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles, including luggage or personal property. A paid deposit indicates full acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
