| Cancellation/Refund Agreement: Should it become necessary for you, the customer, to cancel, and you have enrolled in the travel cancellation insurance plan we offer, then recovery will be between you, the customer, and the insurance company. If you cancel and you are NOT participating in the Travel Guard insurance program, our cancellation policy is: If cancellation is received in writing 60 days before departure, all payments will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to the initial deposits. If we are able to resell your seats, we will refund your money, less the cancellation fees to help cover our cost of trying to resell your space. You are urged to purchase this protection. You may include your insurance premium with your initial deposit to be assured of coverage for pre-existing conditions. Information on how to enroll will be sent to all who reserve space on this trip. Read your policy carefully. Coverage is for medical and/or family emergencies as listed in the certificate. There is no coverage for just “changing your mind”, etc. Exclusions & limitations apply. Coffee Break Tours acts solely as your agent arranging accommodations for your trip. No liability is assumed in connection with any transportation, restaurants, attractions, or lodging used for the duration of this tour nor for any illnesses, accidents or personal injuries or any delays or cancellations, etc., or cancellations/delays due to Acts of God. We reserve the right to make alterations to our itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles, including luggage or personal property. |
