1 cup butter 2 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cream of tarter 1 tsp vanilla 4 cups plain flour Sift together salt, soda, & cream of tarter with flour. Cream together oil, butter and the 2 cups of sugar and eggs. Beat - sift in dry ingredients. Make into small balls & press with a fork. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. |

Servings: 2 ½ - 3 dozen 1 Cup Lt brown sugar 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs 2/3 cup melted salted butter 1 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Pour into mini-muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Garnish each muffin with a pecan half. |
